This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit www.sablepointecredit.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us. Please read this Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

This Site is intended for informational purposes only and is directed to persons located in the United States. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Contact details such as name, email address, postal address, phone number, employer, and job title, when you submit a contact form, request information, subscribe to communications, or register for an event.

• Investor or accreditation information you submit in connection with inquiries about our funds, including representations regarding your status as an accredited investor, qualified purchaser, or qualified client under U.S. securities laws.

• Correspondence and any other information you choose to share with us by email, phone, or other means.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device and usage information such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, and click activity.

• Cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies, as further described in our Cookie Policy.

C. Information From Third Parties

• Information from service providers, analytics platforms, business contacts, professional references, public databases, and background-screening or compliance vendors, as permitted by law.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide requested information about the Firm and its activities;

• Communicate with current or prospective investors, portfolio companies, intermediaries, service providers, and other business contacts, where permitted;

• Comply with legal, regulatory, audit, tax, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and “know-your-customer” obligations;

• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and other prohibited or illegal activity; and

• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Affiliates and related entities of the Firm, including funds we manage or advise;

• Service providers acting on our behalf, including hosting, analytics, email, CRM, IT, legal, accounting, audit, fund administration, and compliance providers, who are bound by confidentiality obligations;

• Regulators, law-enforcement agencies, courts, or other governmental authorities, as required by law or in connection with regulatory examinations or legal process;

• Counterparties and advisors in connection with prospective or actual transactions; and

• Acquirers or successors in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or similar corporate event.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

Much of the personal information we collect from current and prospective investors is governed by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”) and is exempt from certain state privacy laws, including the CCPA. Where the GLBA applies, our handling of that information is governed by our separate privacy notice provided to investors.

7. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information in our custody. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by us.

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The Site is operated from, and intended for users in, the United States.
