In the event of any conflict between information on the Site and the Offering Documents, the Offering Documents control.

Investments in funds managed or advised by the Firm are generally limited to “accredited investors,” “qualified purchasers,” and/or “qualified clients” as those terms are defined under the U.S. federal securities laws, including the Securities Act of 1933, the Investment Company Act of 1940, and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and the rules and regulations thereunder.
